Do you take on small projects?
Absolutely. We are flexible. Whether you need a complete retrofit or just one wall painted, we’ll work with you to ensure you are happy with the end result. There is no compromise on quality.
What’s your typical project timelines?
It depends on the size and complexity but it can take anywhere from 1 day to 6 weeks. We’ll always set clear milestones before we start – no surprises.
What happens after I reach out?
We’ll aim to reply to you within a day to learn more about your project and discuss the scope. If it’s a good fit, we will suggest a home visit to understand more about your needs and to view the space where the change will take place. After that we will be able to work on the timeline, prepare a suitable proposal and discuss next steps.
Do you offer free consultations or discovery calls?
Yes, we do! Once we understand a bit about your project, we’ll set up a short call to explore how we can help — no pressure, no strings. Ideally, we would like to come and view the project site to get an idea of space, lighting and work involved. We will work with you on the best time for these site visits before a full quote can be given.
